Monica

Business Manager

Monica has been in the dental field since 1987. She started out as an assistant, then front desk and office manager.

Monica’s strengths lie in her knowledge of dentistry, her empathy for her patients and co workers and desire to help as many people as she can.

Monica is a good ole west Texas girl. She loves to play golf, watch sports and spend time with her husband, kids and extended family.

Marie

Business/Insurance Assistant

Marie has been working with Dr. Dickson since 1998 when she began helping out part-time with his bookkeeping. She joined the staff full-time in 2016.

She loves the tremendous atmosphere at our office. Her hobbies include camping, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lauren

Insurance & Marketing Coordinator

With over 10 years of experience in dentistry, Lauren has a strong background as a dental assistant and front desk administrator. Passionate about educating patients and creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment at the dentist, she is dedicated to enhancing patient care. Originally from Michigan and now based in Texas, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two furbabies, Dolly and Freddy, as well as attending hockey games.

Susie

Dental Hygienist

Susie has been working in dentistry since 1978 and with Dr. Dickson since 2014. She has an associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and is certified to administer CPR and inhaled sedation.

Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients, treating them as family and friends, and helping them to be healthy and preventive.

Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family and friends and also spending time with her dogs, Jaxon and Freckles.

Angela

Dental Assistant & Admin Assistant

Angela has been an RDA for 29 years. She was Originally born in Colombia, and has 2 kids and is a grandma too. She Loves to read and paint in her free time. She enjoys dentistry because it is an art to her and we are able to help people.

Catrina

Lead Dental Assistant

Catrina is our lead assistant. She has been an assistant since 2015. Her favorite part of dentistry is that there is something different every day with the final out come of how a smile can change the way someone looks at themselves. Catrina loves her dog Rue (she is the Friday office mascot) and they have been in Texas for 3 years now. She also has a nephew and niece that she tries to talk to at least once a week if not more and she loves them very much.

Catrina likes going to baseball games whenever she can!
